- OSHA Outreach Training Program course cancellations will be issued a full refund, or optionally the customer may elect to roll over tuition to another scheduled class of equal or lesser value.
- For all other courses, once registration is processed and enrollment fees paid, no refund will be given. Credit for paid classes may be used for a class of equal or lesser value, subject to the Course Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy.
- Refunds/Credits are not permitted for partially or fully completed courses.
- Students who are considered a NO SHOW will not be permitted a refund/credit for enrollment paid. Please see the Course Attendance Policy.
- If the student cannot attend all course sessions and no previous arrangements negotiated, there will be no refund/credit issued.
- If the student cannot pass the online portion, written test or skills exam no certificate or certification will be issued, and no refund/credit will be given.
- There will be no refunds or credit given for any Online Course Key Codes after registration has been completed.
- Exchanging an online/blended course for an instructor led course is not permitted under any circumstances.
